In 2024, we inaugurated a training space integrated into our new site. We are convinced that a well-maintained, well-organized, and well-managed department starts with well-trained teams.

We now offer training modules for fruit and vegetable department managers.

The goal is to share best practices, increase efficiency, and promote this essential profession.

Training preparation

Before each session, we observe the department to better understand its organization, layout, and constraints.
